Dream People of the Amazon tells the story of the Achuar, indigenous people who live in a remote and pristine part of the Amazon rain forest. Faced with the threat to their very existence by powerful companies desperate for the oil that lies under their territory, their dreams led them to seek alliances in the world that was about to destroy them. Their story offers hope as we take steps in our fight to preserve the East Coast from oil and mining operations.
